The quote tool

The quoting form captures your gender, birth date, self-reported health status, tobacco use, coverage target, and term preference. These responses route to a quoting interface on the application platform to generate rate data but are not retained by our website. No contact details—name, address, phone, email—are captured to view quotes. Repeated requests with identical parameters may retrieve cached results to reduce redundant calls.

Applying

Upon application submission, your provided data prepopulates a secure form on the carriers' platform, where you continue under their separate privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), handles all submissions.

The contact form

Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, communication preference, message category, and message body. Submissions are transmitted directly to the agency; your email becomes the return address. Our website maintains no local copy, no submission database, and no message records. A short-term fraud prevention mechanism executes in your browser prior to transmission.

Measurement

We measure traffic patterns using anonymized, first-party counters delivered from this domain without cookies or identifiers. Your IP address is masked with two bytes redacted prior to storage; referral URL parameters are excluded; and underlying data expires after 90 days. When your browser communicates a DNT preference or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit.

What we do not do
